What Is Coaching?
Professional coaches have long been recognized for their skills in helping athletes and executives perform at their best. Now professional health and wellness coaches are helping people reach their best health and well-being.
As your health and wellness coach, I am trained to help my clients develop and implement personal wellness plans by:

As a health and wellness coach I am a practitioner and life-long student of coaching psychology, a field focused on the scientific study of happiness and well-being.
The process of wellness coaching progresses through several stages:
You provide background information through various assessments, so that you and your coach are well-informed on the key issues, including medical considerations, as appropriate.
During the first 60-90 minute coaching session, you identify your priorities and develop a personal wellness plan including a vision, three month goals and the first steps.
In subsequent 30-40 minute coaching sessions each week, you and your coach review the progress toward your vision and goals, explore and resolve the most pressing issues, learn something new, and then agree on a set of goals for the following week. You will enjoy plenty of "ah-ha" insights along the way.
As a certified Health and Well-being Coach I engage individuals and groups in evidence-based, client-centered processes that facilitate and empower my clients to develop and achieve self-determined, health and wellness goals. I will assist you to use your own insight, personal strengths, and resources to set goals, commit to action steps, and establish accountability in building your envisioned healthy lifestyle.
All client information is kept confidential.
Investment for 12-weekly sessions
Option 1 Introductory Offer: $720 paid in full prior to first session
Option 2 Introductory Offer: $400 paid prior to first session, $400 paid prior to seventh session
Option 3 Return Client: $800 paid in full prior to first session
Option 4 Return Client: $440 paid prior to first session, $440 paid prior to seventh session
